It will be endowed with green and open spaces, facing the estuary, to enjoy the Paraje Natural Marismas del Odiel, a Biophere Reserve.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal mce\">This project will include the <strong class=\"mce\">burying of traffic on Avenida de Hispanoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>, so that the city can act within its jurisdiction and achieve a true integration of the port territory and the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_paragraph mce\">It is estimated that in <strong class=\"mce\">the year 2024 the urbanization and landscaping works can begin.<\/strong> In parallel to the works, the granting of concessions will be put out to tender for the private sector to build and operate the different buildings in this space.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_paragraph mce\">The new Muelle de Levante will have a space of more than <strong class=\"mce\">80,000 square meters,<\/strong>where it will accommodate a wide and varied offer of cultural spaces, intended for art, leisure and social activities, offices and a business center, an area of bars, restaurants and terraces , small businesses, tourist accommodation, convention center, training spaces, corporate headquarters and institutional buildings, facilities for the health sector, sports areas, children&#8217;s play areas, sports marina, nautical activities center and cruise and mega-yacht terminal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_paragraph mce\">You can
