They will build the largest plant in southern Europe at the La R\u00e1bida Energy Park (Palos de la Frontera, Huelva). Su puesta en marcha est\u00e1 prevista para el primer semestre de 2026. It is scheduled to come into operation in the first half of 2026. The investment of up to <strong>1 billion euros<\/strong> will be one of the largest in the history of Andalusia.<\/p>\n<p>The new plant will secure the majority of the supply of organic waste feedstock, such as agricultural waste or used oils. It is a consequence of the global and long-term agreement with <strong>Apical<\/strong>, the parent company of Bio-Oils.<\/p>\n<p>With this, Cepsa will secure the feedstock, but also the joint venture will promote the circular economy thanks to 2G biofuels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cepsa<\/strong> will contribute its technical capacity and know-how in the development of large industrial projects and fuel production.
