This <strong>biofuel<\/strong> manages to reduce aircraft emissions by up to 90% throughout their life cycle, compared to conventional kerosene.<\/p>\n<p>The Canary Islands airports join five other major airports where the energy company markets this sustainable fuel: Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Malaga and Seville.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c1lvaro Macarro<\/strong>, Cepsa&#8217;s Director of Sustainable Aviation, has stated that \u201cwe are making progress in our commitment to the <strong>decarbonization of the air sector<\/strong> and in our firm commitment to guarantee an energy supply in the Islands that is increasingly lower in CO2 emissions.
