The company Termisur Eurocargo, S.A. was set up in 1981 to provide stevedoring and unstowing services in the Port of Algeciras. Subsequently, it moved its activity to the Port of Seville, where it was a pioneer in introducing containerised cargo shipping from Seville to the Canary Islands.
The shipping company Termisur Eurocargo has gone a step further and in 2017 has joined the growth project that the Port Authority of Huelva is carrying out in the Muelle Sur. Thus, Termisur Eurocargo has been operating as consignee since January 2017 in the Port of Huelva with a regular Huelva-Canary Islands container line.
