Consignaciones y Graneles del Suroeste, S.A. (CONGRASUR) is a company created and structured since its foundation in the early 1990s to provide comprehensive and personalized services to the maritime business, both in the Port of Huelva—its headquarters—and in any other Spanish port thanks to its experience, deep knowledge, and established presence in the sector.

Since 2008, Congrasur has incorporated ISO 9001 and 14001 standards into its objectives.

In addition, Congrasur is an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). This authorization, granted by the Spanish customs authority, qualifies Congrasur S.A. as a highly trusted economic operator, a reliable partner for customs operations, enjoying advantages throughout the European Union in terms of customs simplifications and security and safety facilities.

SHIPPING AGENTS

The Consignments Department of our firm has extensive experience in the consignment of all types of vessels and cargoes—bulk carriers, chemical tankers, general cargo, etc.
We have the resources and contacts to provide vessels with any service or assistance they may require, from provisioning or bunkering to medical assistance or visa management.

Through its network of agents, Congrasur offers directly supervised services in the main Spanish ports.

STEVEDORES

Specialized in loading solid bulk cargo onto vessels, for which it owns three mobile loading conveyors with a loading rate of up to 1,000–1,200 MT/hour, capable of handling PANAMAX vessels. One of these is adapted for handling clean bulk cargo using a truck feeder.
Congrasur also handles the unloading of both high-volume bulk goods and others requiring extremely careful handling, such as sodium carbonate. In addition, it has the equipment and extensive experience to load and unload non-containerized general cargo in Big Bags or palletized formats.
In 2021, with the commissioning of a new state-of-the-art ecological conveyor belt in the Port of Huelva, Congrasur began offering its clients a distinctive service compared to other companies in the sector.

WAREHOUSING

In the Port of Huelva, Congrasur has more than 34,000 m² of covered warehouse space, most of it owned and the rest under long-term port concessions. The location of these warehouses is divided between the port area (approximately 12,000 m²) and another 24,000 m² located just a few kilometers from the port, in the town of Palos de la Frontera, only five minutes from the main bulk-handling facilities at the Port of Huelva.
Congrasur also has a wide range of wheel loaders such as VOLVO L110, L120, L150, and L180 models (18 to 24 MT operating weight), as well as YALE forklifts of 3 MT with double fork positioners for handling/storage/loading of Big Bags or palletized cargo.

In addition, it has a concession for a 9,000 m² open storage area where conditioning, mixing, screening, and handling of various types of cargo are carried out.
