The Association for the Commercial Promotion of the Port of Huelva, HuelvaPort, and the Port Authority of Huelva have created a Customs Forum with the aim of becoming a tool for analysing the needs of users and the market. Among the measures agreed, it has been decided to create a communication channel on the HuelvaPort website to receive suggestions and incidents related to this matter.

The personal data provided by means of this form will be recorded for processing, of which the Data Controller is Asociación para la Promoción Comercial del Puerto de Huelva (“HuelvaPort”) and will be used for the purpose of answering queries raised. The Legitimation to carry out this processing is based on your consent. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability and to object by contacting the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 et seq. of the RGPD and Articles 12 et seq. of the LOPDGDD by writing to Lonja de la Innovación.
