The Port of Huelva is participating once again in Breakbulk Europe, the leading international event dedicated to project cargo and heavy-lift logistics, held from 13 to 15 May in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

Through its presence at the exhibition, the port seeks to highlight the capacity of its facilities and specialised quays to handle complex cargo operations involving large industrial structures. These include equipment for industrial plants, steel products, copper cathodes, steel coils and wind turbine blades, among other large and heavy components.

The president of the Port of Huelva, Alberto Santana, emphasised the importance of attending this international event, noting that the port offers “a strong and competitive value proposition in the project cargo segment, allowing us to position ourselves as a key logistics hub in southern Europe thanks to our extensive experience linked to the industrial sector.”

The Port of Huelva is represented at the exhibition with its own space (1A21-B20) within the Puertos del Estado stand, where a series of strategic business meetings are being held. These meetings are led by Jaime Beltrán, Head of Business Development and Commercial Area at the Port of Huelva, with the aim of presenting the port’s specialised quays and state-of-the-art facilities designed for handling project cargo.
