Since 23 September, the shipping company Alisios Shipping Lines has launched a new weekly container service between Huelva and the Canary Islands, operated from Muelle Sur (South Quay) with the vessel Aquarius (capacity of 700 TEUs).
👉 The Aquarius will depart every Tuesday for Las Palmas and Tenerife, joining the Friday service operated by the vessel Einstein.
👉 The new frequency is integrated with a Madrid–Huelva train on Monday nights, achieving a synchromodal and more efficient logistics chain.
👉 In total, Alisios combines 2 vessels and 8 weekly trains, reducing transit times and the carbon footprint.
