Gabitel has started the year 2024 reinforcing its commitment to Renewable Energies and Green Hydrogen through its inclusion in the Map of the Network of Entities for Green Hydrogen in Andalusia, prepared by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines of the Regional Government of Andalusia,which identifies fifty companies already operating in the energy sector in the region, as well as some thirty business associations and clusters, R&D&I centres, research groups, training centres and economic and social agents that will operate synergistically to promote and accelerate the development and use of this technology as a source of decarbonisation.
The Map of the Network of Entities for Green Hydrogen in Andalusia, created within the framework of the so-called Andalusian Green Hydrogen Alliance, is presented as an integral tool to present the Andalusian green hydrogen sector with its productive capacities, experience and projection for both commercial actions and the establishment of initiatives to support the growth of the business environment with activity in the sector.
Its purpose is to highlight the potential and capabilities of Andalusia for the promotion of renewable hydrogen, as it meets the conditions for the development of this type of project, such as the availability of abundant renewable resources, a strategic geographical location, port infrastructures, talent and innovative capacity, and industrial demand for its use, among others.
