funding programmes aimed at supporting innovative initiatives within the Huelva port ecosystem.
The HuelvaPort Association held the workshop “Opportunities and Funding Calls for Projects of Interest to the Port Community”, an event designed to promote new opportunities and generate value within the Huelva port ecosystem.

👉 The session was opened by Jaime Beltrán Sanz, Head of the Business Development and Commercial Area at the Huelva Port Authority (APH) and Head of the HuelvaPort Technical Office, who welcomed participants and highlighted the importance of identifying funding opportunities to support innovative projects within the port sector.

👉 Thanks to the collaboration of Zabala Innovation Spain, attendees were provided with a comprehensive overview of the current European and national funding landscape, encouraging discussion and helping to identify new possibilities for future projects.

👉 Participants also had the opportunity to learn about successful initiatives such as the CEF Intermodal Platform II project, presented by Manuel J. Márquez, European Projects Manager at the Huelva Port Authority..

The event concluded with a presentation by Mafran Martínez, Head of Technology and Information Systems at the APH, who introduced the PORTS 4.0 Capital Fund Pre-Commercial Programme, highlighting it as a key opportunity to foster innovative products, services and processes within the logistics and port sector..
