The 2024 Perception Index of Service Quality Study at the Port of Huelva,

based on feedback from port clients and users, has produced very positive results for the institution. Overall satisfaction with port management reached an average score of 8.33, improving on the 7.97 rating recorded in the previous survey conducted in 2022.

The president of the Port of Huelva, Alberto Santana, stated that “the results of this study are highly satisfactory for us, as they show that our users and clients value our commitment to being an efficient, proactive port focused on meeting the needs of logistics operators and maritime service providers. Our goal is to position the Port of Huelva as a highly competitive logistics-port node within global transport chains.”
Santana also highlighted the role played by the port’s workforce, noting that the recognition received reflects “the dedication and commitment of the Port of Huelva’s staff, who play a decisive role in ensuring the port operates efficiently.”

According to the study, ship captains, shipping agents, service providers, shipowners and shipping companies are the segments that rate the Port of Huelva most highly.
