The Huelva City Council and the Port Authority have sealed an alliance this Wednesday to work on the Port-City projects. This is materialised in a permanent commission to tackle all these plans, conceived as a new instrument “to go hand in hand, as an indissoluble binomial to build the future of Huelva”, pointed out the Mayoress, Pilar Miranda.

It is for this reason that the City Council and the Port are committed to working together on a joint and permanent basis, in the execution of essential projects to continue to bring the port closer to the city, and to contribute to the economic development of Huelva through the promotion of the remodelling of the Muelle de Levante, which will mark a milestone in the port-city relationship, as well as becoming a driving force for new investments.

Likewise, another important asset for the city will be the Logistics Activities Zone in Punta del Sebo, where activities that generate added value and projects related to Green Hydrogen will be established.
