This new double ro-ro ramp will be added to the existing one to allow the docking of four ferry type vessels at the same time

The Port of Huelva is continuing with its project for the new double ro-ro ramp for the docking of ferry type vessels at the South Wharf of the Port of Huelva with the aim of responding to the growth of the Huelva-Canary Islands maritime connections, destined for the transport of goods and passengers. In addition, the aim is to guarantee sufficient infrastructures to promote the implementation of new shipping companies that decide to start up new maritime lines to other destinations.

The works continue at a good pace, after starting in January. With a completion period of 16 months and an investment of more than 19.4 million euros, this platform will be added to the existing one, which will allow the docking of four ships at the same time.
