The Port of Huelva recorded a total traffic of 9,714,082 tons from January to April 2026, representing an increase of 0.51% compared to the same period of the previous year, when 9,664,432 tons were handled, according to provisional data published by the Port Authority and reviewed by El Estrecho Digital

The bulk of Huelva’s port traffic continues to be concentrated in liquid bulk, which totaled 7,285,294 tons in the first four months of the year, a figure practically identical to that of the same period in 2025 (+0.06%). Within this segment, crude oil recorded a slight decline of 0.46%, reaching 2,601,568 tons, while natural gas fell 8.19% to 1,024,454 tons. In contrast, refined petroleum products grew 0.83% to 1,826,507 tons, and other liquid bulk increased 5.32% to 1,832,764 tons.
